This month, we were honored to welcome professional distributors to SUNPEACE’s manufacturing base for a comprehensive factory audit. The visit reinforced our shared commitment to quality and partnership.
The delegation embarked on a detailed tour of our 3,000+ square meter production facility, focusing on our core photovoltaic and low-voltage electrical products. They observed:
Fully-automated production lines manufacturing Surge Protection Devices (SPDs) and Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs)
Precision assembly processes for PV Fuse Holders and Solar Connectors
Stringent quality control checks at each manufacturing stage
Particular attention was paid to our ISO-certified quality management system and international certifications (CE, UL, TUV) relevant to the European market. The clients reviewed:
Raw material inspection procedures
In-process performance testing
Final product verification protocols
The audit concluded with productive technical discussions about market-specific requirements and potential product customizations.
